Cancellations or No-shows

Students do NOT need to confirm that they WILL be at their lesson.

However, if you find that you cannot be here, we ask that you text or call Chris at 609-703-4552.

Please give Chris at least 24 hours notice if you cannot come to your regular lesson, she will be able to temporarily give the time to a person on our waiting list if she gets your information ahead of time.

The regular time will remain YOURS, but if you tell her you must cancel on a particular week, then we will have a spot for another singer for that week only.  This policy naturally does not apply to emergencies.

If you do not text or call Chris to say that you cannot be at your regular time, and you do not appear,  then there is a no show fee of $40. Our instructors have the same travel and scheduling challenges we all do so they must be compensated for their efforts.
